Privacy Notice

Effective Date: October 10, 2026 (UTC)

Overview: REmined is a real estate analytics and deal-finding platform covering residential and commercial properties, operated and engineered by Let AI Build It. We provide this notice to detail how professional user accounts, contributed market facts, and property analyses are collected and processed.

1. Ownership and Operational Structure

The REmined platform, automated valuation models, deal-scoring algorithms, and proprietary software are owned and operated by Let AI Build It (contact: daniel.kalina@letaibuildit.com). Let AI Build It provides engineering, analytics, and software infrastructure. It also licenses technology and analytical processing services to select licensed real estate brokerages (including The Neuman Group Corp.). Real estate brokerage agency relationships and client representation remain strictly with licensed brokerage firms under separate written agreements.

2. Categories of Data Collected

In operating our real estate analytics platform, we collect:

3. Permitted Uses and Access Disclosures

We process collected data to calculate automated rent benchmarks, produce investment underwriting analyses, validate and deduplicate market comparables, calibrate internal valuation algorithms, prevent platform abuse, and maintain compliance with legal and statutory recordkeeping mandates.

Access Controls and Contributor Privacy: Uploaded verification documents are reviewed by authorized personnel to confirm factual transaction terms; we do not assume all submitted files are pre-redacted. Under the new contribution flow, contributor account identity is restricted to owner administrator review. Raw lease contracts and tenant names are never published in customer-facing reports.

FCRA Notice: REmined property analytics are not consumer credit reports. Data on REmined is compiled solely for property valuation and investment analysis. We do not provide tenant screening reports, and our data may not be used in whole or in part to determine eligibility for housing, personal credit, or employment under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

4. Disclosures to Service Providers and Third Parties

We disclose information only where necessary to operate our service, comply with law, or execute requested transactions:

5. Document Uploads and Redaction

Contributing real estate professionals must have lawful authority to submit property documents. Tenant names and signatures are not required for our models and may be removed. You must redact Social Security numbers, banking details, and personal financial account numbers before uploading any file. Removing tenant names does not guarantee absolute anonymity of the property or public record history.

6. Cookies and Tracking Choices

REmined utilizes essential session and security cookies necessary for user authentication, permission gating, and service performance. We do not intentionally use raw lease personal data for advertising. Disabling essential cookies via browser settings may disrupt platform functionality.

7. Data Retention, Rights, and Communications

Retention: Information is retained based on ongoing account servicing, legal audit requirements, and legitimate dispute defense. We do not guarantee an immediate automated deletion timetable across operational backup archives.

Your Rights: You may request review, correction, or deletion of your personal account information by contacting daniel.kalina@letaibuildit.com. Factual, de-identified property parameters lawfully derived prior to deletion requests may be retained in analytical datasets.

Marketing Communications: Users may opt out of promotional emails via the unsubscribe link. Service notices and account notifications remain separate. Neither continued browsing nor required terms checkboxes constitute marketing consent.

8. Security, Children, and Material Updates

We implement commercially reasonable technical safeguards, but no electronic system is perfectly secure. Services are intended strictly for adults aged 18 and older. Information may be processed by service providers in jurisdictions other than where you live, subject to applicable law and safeguards. Material changes to data practices will be published with advance notice where required by law.
